Lead and manage all civil construction activities for high-voltage substation projects in the Netherlands for key clients such as TenneT and Enexis.
Build direct relationships with local subcontractors with the objective of progressively restructuring the contracting model and reducing intermediary layers.
Ensure full compliance with Dutch regulations, client requirements, and internal company standards.
