Medtronic is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Cardiac Rhythm Management and Cardiac Ablation Solutions in Northeast USA. This fully remote position requires extensive sales leadership experience in healthcare, particularly in cardiac technologies, and entails significant travel within the region

Job Summary

  • You will lead the Specialty Therapies regional business planning and execution, including key product launches, sales training, local customer engagement events, congress presence and promotional activities.
  • The position will be responsible for leading, engagement and development of all Specialty Therapies resources, managing the motivation, performance, and development of the Specialty Therapies team.
