This role leads a team of approximately 125 colleagues to deliver excellence in safety, quality, service, cost, and people performance within a 24/7 MedTech and Pharma manufacturing environment.
The Shift Manager is responsible for championing a culture of safety, ensuring plant operations meet the highest GMP standards, and driving completion of all safety and compliance activities.
Candidates will foster high engagement by actively listening, recognizing achievements, and providing coaching while utilizing lean principles to eliminate waste and improve operational flow.
