Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring residents' personal care needs are met promptly.

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Record vital signs and intake/output data
Transport residents and assist with transfers
