Job Summary

  • The Associate IT Service Desk Technician will administer all aspects of GILLIG’s end user profile, email, workstation, phone and installed applications.
  • This is an on-site, temporary, part-time (20 hours) position located in our Loveland, Colorado office and reports to the Senior Manager of IT.
  • The role involves maintaining and installing workstations, creating and maintaining user profiles in Active Directory, and maintaining IT tickets within target time.
