Job Summary
The Associate IT Service Desk Technician will administer all aspects of GILLIG’s end user profile, email, workstation, phone and installed applications.
This is an on-site, temporary, part-time (20 hours) position located in our Loveland, Colorado office and reports to the Senior Manager of IT.
The role involves maintaining and installing workstations, creating and maintaining user profiles in Active Directory, and maintaining IT tickets within target time.
