Job Summary

  • Lead VF’s E&SR reporting strategy across voluntary and regulated disclosures, managing a team that collects and validates ESG data.
  • Collaborate closely with partners across Legal, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and brands to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned to leading standards.
  • Track, analyze, and improve VF performance in priority investor E&SR ratings, and lead global regulated reporting compliance programs.

Key Requirements

  • Evolving regulated reporting requirements
  • Working knowledge of leading standards (ISSB, GRI, CDP)
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional work and influence without direct authority
  • Experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
