Must-have

  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • U.S. citizenship mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • Eight years relevant experience minimum
  • AS9100 and ISO9001 standards knowledge
  • Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) management
  • Basis of Estimates (BOE) creation

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma or CORE certification preferred
  • Experience with international customers
  • Raytheon Corrective Action System (RCAS) familiarity
  • Earned Value Management experience
  • Production and design phase exposure
  • ASQ Quality Certification
  • Systems engineering and safety requirements
