Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee experience by designing, developing and implementing talent management systems and programs that support Talent Identification, Succession Planning, Performance Management, workforce planning, talent plans and change management at all levels within the organization.
  • CSA Group tests, inspects and certifies a wide range of products - from every day household items to leading edge technology-to meet exacting requirements for safety, performance and environmental impact.
  • The role will focus on areas such as performance management, succession planning, recruitment, career pathing, and employee engagement.

Key Requirements

  • 5-10 years of HR experience
  • 3-5 years HR Generalist or HRBP experience
  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma
  • Professional designation (e.g., CHRP, CHRL) is a plus
  • Post-graduate work in OD, change management, talent development, workforce planning, employee experience is preferred
