• The Solution Architect serves as a subject matter expert on Cohere Health solutions, designing and overseeing the implementation of complex technical solutions that align with client business objectives.
• This role partners with the Forward Deployed Engineer to design business requirements and a solution strategy that serves the health plan customer and Cohere, supporting pre-sales efforts through go-live.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 6+ years as solutions architect, business analyst, or product manager
• 5+ years in Medicaid markets with UM experience
• Experience designing technology solutions for prior authorization
• Clear, precise writing ability
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
