This position reports to the Sr. Director, North America Sales and is part of the North America Sales team, working remotely to cover Central US, from Illinois to Texas.

Base: $130,000 - $150,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible for bonus/incentive pay; Benefits: comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k)

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Life Sciences
7 years industry related Sales experience
3 years managing/mentoring sales organization
Ability to leverage adult learning theory
Capacity using metrics and KPIs
Reside within territory (Chicago or Texas preferred)
