Field service support to troubleshoot, analyses the product problems at customer site Preparing detailed CAPA and RCA report for the repetitive failures and site observation to solve the problem end to end of customer issues.
SAP process from start of notification till end of field service with detailed technical report – Prepare field service offer, negotiation with customer and collection of i-base data from end customer market.
