He/she will accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching and leading the team in the right direction.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Linux ecosystem (RHEL/CentOS) and Enterprise Storage (SAN/NAS/Cloud Storage).

Linux Administration (RHEL, CentOS)
Enterprise Storage solutions (NAS/SAN)
Python, Java, or Fullstack development
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps tools
Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Workload Managers (SLURM, PBS, LSF)
On-prem, Cloud, and Hybrid infrastructure
Nice-to-have
Software-Defined Storage familiarity
High-performance storage solutions
Airbus IT landscape knowledge
Business process analysis skills
Data classification and metadata management
Key Requirements
6-8 years of overall experience
4+ years of hands-on Linux Administration
3-4 years in software/tool development
2-4 years in Project Management
1-2 years of experience leading teams
ITIL certification required
Agile/SAFe or PO/PM certifications highly preferred
