Provides clinical supervision to LMSWs pursuing a LCSW and collaborates with providers and psychiatrists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Responsible for weekend and holiday social work coverage and actively participates in department staff meetings and other teams or committees as required.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Clinical supervision to LMSWs
Psychotherapy interventions administration
Care coordination with healthcare team
Documentation in electronic medical records
Coordination with mental health facilities
Nice-to-have
Experience in addiction services
Experience in population health management
Collaboration in multidisciplinary case conferences
Participation in department meetings
Application of DSM-5 for diagnosis
Key Requirements
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Master’s Degree in Social Work
Two years hospital or medical social work experience preferred
Licensure or proof of application in secondary state as required
