Job Summary

  • The Contracts and Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial and contractual arrangements between the Company and its customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • The position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations and others as required to negotiate and manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • The position will also be responsible for identifying commercial risks and opportunities, developing and implementing commercial strategies, and supporting business development initiatives.
