Job Summary
The Contracts and Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial and contractual arrangements between the Company and its customers, suppliers, and partners.
The position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations and others as required to negotiate and manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
The position will also be responsible for identifying commercial risks and opportunities, developing and implementing commercial strategies, and supporting business development initiatives.
