Job Summary
You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of field service technicians, including the support of external service partners and the accompaniment of the entire application process.
You ensure customer satisfaction in the area of responsibility from an economic and entrepreneurial perspective and adhere to quality standards, including deadlines and budgets.
You will be responsible for the overall execution of annually recurring appointments and regular team meetings, as well as the creation of on-call and vacation planning for the assigned employees in close coordination with regional dispatch.
