Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of field service technicians, including the support of external service partners and the accompaniment of the entire application process.
  • You ensure customer satisfaction in the area of responsibility from an economic and entrepreneurial perspective and adhere to quality standards, including deadlines and budgets.
  • You will be responsible for the overall execution of annually recurring appointments and regular team meetings, as well as the creation of on-call and vacation planning for the assigned employees in close coordination with regional dispatch.
