Job Summary

  • This role acts as one of the most senior developers on the team driving implementation quality, engineering standards, and production readiness for autonomous and human‑in‑the‑loop agent workflows.
  • The AI Tech Lead is responsible for implementation patterns, reviews, release readiness, and coordination of vendor technical contributions where applicable.
  • Post‑release, drive reliability and performance tuning, manage technical debt, and improve observability to support ongoing stability of agentic behaviors in production.
