Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Plan, conduct, and document required fire/internal disaster drills and coordinate the infection control surveillance program.
  • Utilize information from surveys, evaluations, and recommendations to identify education needs and organize in-service education programs for all facility staff to assure competency.
