• Workday's Public Cloud Infrastructure Team ensures cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly available, focusing on enabling growth through automated, resilient, and scalable infrastructure-as-a-service.
• As a Platform Engineer supporting US Federal Government contracts, you will guide cloud adoption strategy and lead the technical transition to the Public Cloud, shaping best practices and developing innovative solutions.
• The role involves managing and operating infrastructure services, owning tooling and operations for customer environments, and ensuring service health, uptime, patching, and vulnerability management.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $121,700 USD - $182,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $106,000 USD - $195,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
• 6+ years experience with Linux operating systems
• 2+ years experience with Ruby, Go, or Python
• 2+ years experience with Terraform or Ansible
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
• TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance preferred
