Prologis is seeking a Director of Customer Led Development to oversee land acquisitions and Build-to-Suit developments in Germany or France. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial real estate development, with a strong focus on customer relationships and project management
Job Summary
Support the sourcing, structuring and execution of land acquisitions and complex Build-to-Suit developments for Prologis’ customers across Germany or France.
Own day-to-day due diligence, pipeline management, underwriting coordination, and transaction execution for active BTS and land pursuits.
Prepare materials and analysis to support investment committee reviews and internal approvals.
