Key Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Leadership or ownership of TA function
  • Proven experience hiring across Engineering and Go-to-Market
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps
  • Experience building/scaling recruiting in early-stage SaaS startups
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter
