Job Summary

  • The pharmacist will use their knowledge, skills, and clinical judgment through reviewing orders to ensure safe and effective medication therapy by evaluating appropriateness of dose, route and formulation, allergies, medication interactions, monitoring, etc.
  • The pharmacist will have frequent communication with other healthcare professionals as a drug information resource and provide educational information to ensure great patient care.
