  • Experience with PPAP, AIAG, APQP quality systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Six-Sigma, RedX, Shainin problem-solving
  • Entry-level proficiency in Solidworks 3D CAD

Nice-to-have

  • Lean Six Sigma Belt Certification
  • SQL or database knowledge
  • Understanding of ISO/IATF quality requirements
