Job Summary

  • As an IT Support Specialist in the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) you will help empower the Department of Defense’s navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority.
  • You will provide technical support for end user devices hardware (laptops, printers, tablets, mobile devices) and peripherals, software (COTS, GOTS, Web), network infrastructure (routers, switches, etc.), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), audiovisual display systems, duress alarms, analog and wireless technologies.
