Job Summary

  • Candidates must supervise a team of HR Advisors while providing strategic advice to senior leaders on organizational design, talent development, and change management.
  • This role requires frequent travel within Europe and involves representing HR locally towards key stakeholders such as the Head of Establishment and Staff Association Committees.
