Define the commercial strategy and revenue targets, shape marketing campaigns, and lead the delivery of complex Design & Build projects.
Recruit and scale a contractor-minded D&B team, driving performance, utilisation, and margin management with a commercially disciplined culture.

Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Surveying or similar
