Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work (MSW)
  • 5 years of related experience for LCSW track
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) verification by LABSWE
  • 60 semester hour graduate degree for LPC track
  • Active non-restricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 2 weeks
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification within 2 weeks
