Provides support in the day-to-day coordination of the medical staff functions, including preparing for meetings, coordinating the credentialing and privileging process, and participating in quality assessment and improvement activities.
Coordinates compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies and interacts with surveyors to demonstrate compliance, while also coordinating the periodic review and revision of medical staff bylaws, policies, and rules.
