Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventative and remedial maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
Responsible for the upkeep of the Plant and Property, including basic electrical, plumbing carpentry and mechanical skills.
Responds to 24/7 emergency calls at the property when called.
