Job Summary

  • The Compensation Manager, EMEA develops and manages strategies in support of Envista corporate staff and operating companies in the EMEA region, incorporating base and variable compensation, long-term incentives, and employee recognition strategies.
  • This role collaborates with HR community, regional leaders, and Total Rewards team to define, deliver, and communicate compensation programs, and supports the development of competitive global compensation strategies.
  • The incumbent will partner closely with HR Technology team to optimize Workday for compensation management and ensure Envista presents a robust and competitive reward portfolio to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
