The Compensation Manager, EMEA develops and manages strategies in support of Envista corporate staff and operating companies in the EMEA region, incorporating base and variable compensation, long-term incentives, and employee recognition strategies.
This role collaborates with HR community, regional leaders, and Total Rewards team to define, deliver, and communicate compensation programs, and supports the development of competitive global compensation strategies.
The incumbent will partner closely with HR Technology team to optimize Workday for compensation management and ensure Envista presents a robust and competitive reward portfolio to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
