Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A
  • 3+ years of people manager experience
  • Experience in SaaS business models
  • Familiarity with B2B/SaaS sales lifecycle, KPIs, and conversion points
  • Experience using FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive, Netsuite)
  • Proficient in interpreting complex financial data
  • Mastery over Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
