Key Requirements
8-10 years' experience as senior Business Systems Analyst
Experience leading projects and designing innovative solutions
Proven ability to elicit requirements, write comprehensive documentation, and manage stakeholders
Advanced expertise in data analysis, gap analysis, and problem-solving
Proficiency in Excel pivot tables, Visio, and Microsoft Office applications
In-depth knowledge of Synthetic and risk and margin analysis, equity operations, equity markets, equity swaps, derivatives, options analysis and trading, stock options, risk and strategic consulting, SQL databases, equities, US equities, and equities trading
Experience working with Confluence and Jira within an Agile environment
