Job Summary

  • The Global Cutover & Hypercare Director is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end strategy, readiness, execution for Business Cutover, and post-Go‑live hypercare for multiple IM Transcend releases.
  • This role partners closely with Deployment, PMO, Business and Technology leaders to manage rehearsals, validate data migration readiness, coordinate hypercare stabilization, be responsible for issue triage, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program and offers vacation, sick time, holiday pay, and other time off benefits.
