  • Completes senior level - final reviews, approvals, and processing of closings and subsequent draw requests for capital contributions to property specific partnerships.
  • Responsible for writing and maintaining underwriting policies and procedures and provides training, as well as manages, plans, assigns, monitors, and leads the work of others.
