  • You will lead a team of IT Integrators within the Financial Markets and Group Treasury Tribe (FM&GT), combining people and managerial leadership with strong individual contribution.
  • Your day-to-day will involve splitting time between individual contributor activities like driving complex change initiatives and managerial/people leading activities such as coaching and mentoring team members.
