Job Summary
Lead the RDQ activities required to complete new product development and maintain portfolios and/or productivity projects.
Plan and conduct process development activities including process design and specifications, heat and mass balance, process scale-up, commissioning, and technical risk assessments.
This position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
