Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Perform administrative functions including directing staff, ensuring policy compliance, participating in quality assurance, and managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Administer medications, transcribe physician orders, chart nurses' notes, and ensure accurate narcotic records while adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
