  • ACHPN credential or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Comfortable working remotely in fast-paced environment

Nice-to-have

  • ELNEC or EPEC training preferred
  • Prior ICU, oncology, or geriatrics nursing experience
  • Experience with home-based palliative care programs
  • Interprofessional team leadership experience
  • Program development experience in healthcare

Key Requirements

  • Unrestricted NP/PA license in FL, TX, AZ, OH, CO, OR, TN, IL, AL, HI, NC, SC, or PA
  • Minimum 5 years advanced practice experience
  • Minimum 3 years specific palliative care experience
  • ACHPN certification or commitment to obtain within 6 months
  • Ability to obtain additional state licenses within 90 days if requested
