Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the company’s overall technology and AI strategy Lead the design and development of AI systems, including LLM, RAG, and intelligent automation solutions Build, manage, and scale a high-performing engineering and data team Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, and technical roadmap Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of all technology platforms Drive innovation in AI applications across products and services Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology with business objectives Establish engineering best practices, development standards, and code quality guidelines Manage budgets, vendor selection, and technology investments Stay updated with emerging AI trends and maintain competitive advantage RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field 8–15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role Proven experience building and scaling AI-driven products or platforms Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, machine learning, and data architecture Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks (Python, cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure) Experience with system architecture design and distributed systems Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities
