  • Manage the fund's capital call and distribution processes, including journal entries and investor allocation.
  • Prepare regulatory filings (i.e. Form PF, ADV, CIMA FAR) for specific credit fund entities.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing credit funds
