You will lead technical stewardship for assigned products during scale-up, commercial manufacture, and continuous improvement while resolving product and process issues using root cause analysis.
The position requires partnering with manufacturing, quality, and regulatory colleagues to ensure compliance and prepare technical documentation for change controls and deviations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in chemical or biochemical engineering
8 years experience in biologics manufacturing

Experience with technology transfer and troubleshooting
Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
