The Associate Director will collaborate with the Director to support the administrative and advisory capacities of the MFA program through coordination, design, and organization of residencies.
Candidates must attend two 9-day residencies annually and provide remote mentorship during fall and spring semesters.
The program aims to develop writers as whole persons within a community committed to justice, honest expression, and beauty.

Key Requirements
MFA in Creative Writing
Minimum 5 years graduate-level creative writing teaching experience
Strong publication record in fiction, nonfiction, poetry, or dramatic writing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
