Job Summary

  • The position of Chaplain Resident provides an opportunity for education, training and service in pastoral care within the Department of Chaplaincy and CPE.
  • The Chaplain Resident is responsible for the delivery of pastoral care to patients, families, and staff within assigned areas, and providing rotating in-house oncall coverage during designated nights, weekends and holidays, while also participating fully in the CPE program.
  • This combination of education, training and service takes place under the supervision of CPE Supervisors who are certified by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE).
