As the Charge Nurse, you will manage daily decisions to ensure continuity of care, oversee safe effective quality outcomes, and provide guidance to direct patient care staff.
The position requires assessing daily patient care needs, developing care assignments, and acting as a subject matter expert for staff members regarding dialysis practices.

Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited school of Nursing (R.N.)
Registered and licensed to practice in applicable State
Minimum 12 months nursing experience plus 6 months dialysis experience
