Job Summary

  • The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the shift to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the plant delivering key performance indicators (safety, quality, production and cost).
  • Must be able to work in outdoor environments and occasionally in temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees.
