Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for the respective shift or area and coordinate daily maintenance services with wellness services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
