Support monthly and quarterly global APMT People reporting cycles, validating and reconciling headcount, attrition, absence, and case data across systems.
Manage employee lifecycle cases across multiple regions, providing policy and process guidance and identifying recurring themes impacting employee experience.
Drive standardisation of processes and documentation within a Lisbon-based global HUB, contributing to service optimisation and simplification initiatives.
Matching Summary

Ability to work across multiple regions and time zones
