  • Assist the Operational Risk Officer in designing, implementing, and executing an effective risk governance and management program.
  • Provide oversight and challenge over Risk and Control Self-Assessments, collect and analyze risk incidents, and identify emerging risks.
  • Develop close partnerships with business and functional leaders to ensure key risks are identified, managed, and mitigated, fostering a strong risk culture.
