This role serves as the operational hub connecting Business Development, Regulatory functions, Finance, and Governance to support a rapidly expanding external partnership model.
The position requires developing an algorithm-based approach for estimating study-level Regulatory Affairs FTE needs and tracking functional demand versus capacity.

Base: $142,800.00 - $192,800.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan eligible; Equity: Discretionary stock awards available
