  • You’ll design, develop, and deliver technical training for Southwest Employees, On‑Call Maintenance Providers, and Airframe Substantial Maintenance Providers, staying current on evolving aircraft systems, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic Certificate
  • 8 years commercial aviation experience
  • 5 years hands-on aircraft maintenance or Boeing 737 instruction
  • U.S. citizenship or work authorization
  • High School Diploma or GED
