Job Summary

  • Manage a team of 8 maintenance technicians and take charge of all maintenance and repair operations in your sector, ensuring optimal service quality for your clients.
  • Accompany clients throughout the life of their maintenance contract, guarantee customer satisfaction and user safety, and manage client complaints.
  • Implement the strategy for maintenance and minor works, plan and monitor operations, analyze technical indicators, and report on activity.
